What are your shipping rates?

Standard Shipping costs are based on the weight of your purchased items. Additional charges apply for 2-Day or Overnight shipping. 

Why did I not get free shipping on my order?

Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. continental orders over $75 (sub-total). Free shipping will be automatically applied to all orders totaling $75 or more. No promo code needed. You must purchase a total of $75 worth of merchandise after all applicable discounts and before sales tax is applied.  Excludes: Gift Card Purchases. An email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be sent to you once your order ships.  Standard service deliveries made to residential addresses do not require a signature.

Gift Cards that are apart of purchase must have additional items that total $75+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $75+, you will be charged $7.95 shipping fee.

U.S. Territories and International Shipping: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders. Any additional duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser. International packages are sent through USPS.

Do you have expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer 2-Day shipping and Overnight shipping options. However, please note shipping rates do apply. When placing your order, please take into account the 1-2 business days for order processing on all orders.

What should I do if my shipment is lost/stolen?

Elegant Funk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier. In the event that your package was not received and no delivery notice has been sent, please email efunkonline@gmail.com for further assistance with your order. Any returned packages due to undeliverable addresses will be treated as cancellations and the merchandise cost will be refunded to the account on the order. With any gift card return or refund, a new gift card will be mailed to you.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. Elegant Funk will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.

My shipment was missing an item or wrong item was received.

Any missing items from an order that states was shipped, requires a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received to be emailed to efunkonline@gmail.com.

Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Elegant Funk will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to efunkonline@gmail.com. 

I haven’t received my order. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Reference your shipment confirmation email for your tracking number! You can track your shipment with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

Why doesn’t the shipping carrier’s web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.
