Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.

• After 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
• All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
• Our awesome customer service team will take care of processing return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Facemasks, Clearance Items, Curated Bundle Boxes, Beauty Products and Gift card purchases are nonreturnable.

Buyer is responsible for shipping of returns.
